The double glazing, whether it be with uPVC or timber joinery, is fitted into the openings.
The Firestone Rubbercover (c) EPDM roof covering is laid out and left to settle for a period.
Insulation is packed into all of the interior cavities of the garden room.
The interior walls are covered with with a polythene vapour control layer.
The EPDM roof covering is adhered to the timber deck and finished around the edges.
If a flat roof light is being fitted, the EPDM is made water tight around the opening.
