2. Applies to all Prestige range buildings and Alnwick studios. Doubling of insulation refers to a doubling of the total insulating value (thermal resistance) of the wall. Airflow battened Superquilt multifoil with 60mm fibreglass batt between the studs in lieu of 60mm Celotex PIR board between studs. The actual reduction in the u value may differ, dependent on factors such as the number of openings and associated thermal bridging.

3. Free double door is 1200mm pattern 20 style in uPVC and is in lieu of a standard single door.

4. Egger honey oak plank laminate floor with high density flooring underlay only. 

5. Refers to standard exterior light. Can only be redeemed when purchasing a standard electrical pack.

6. When building does not include guttering as standard. Free guttering is Squareline in black, white or brown on Alnwick buildings, Floplast miniline profile, black only on others.

7. Bird box painted in same colour and roofed with same material as purchased building. Supply only.

8. Can only be redeemed when purchasing a standard electrical pack. Socket fixed to exterior of building.

9. Free uPVC fascia and soffit in lieu of treated timber, available only when purchasing Prestige and Studio range buildings.

10. Applies to uPVC windows and doors only.
