When I come out to visit people, I try to emphasise the importance of having to live with these garden buildings once we have finished. It is a lot of money customers are preparing to invest in their property, it is important that we all make the right decisions. If I think a smaller building than the one proposed would be more appropriate, I will tell people. The whole idea of these visits is to answer questions and offer advice, I am not a salesman and this is not a gimmick.
It is very important that people feel comfortable with whoever they are dealing with. I like to think our garden rooms offer genuine value for money and the whole experience, from initial contact through to clearing site, is as easy and stress free for our customers as we can possibly make it. Our workforce are involved in every facet from manufacture through to installation. This fact coupled with pride in their work, gives our buildings that extra touch of quality. From the feedback I get from customers, I believe my teams reflect my philosophy of putting the customer first.
